highly skilled personnel to augment their own project team
in the following disciplines:
Electrical
Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Software Engineering
Electrical Design
Mechanical Design
CAD Services
Electrical Construction Supervision
Electrical Lead
Electricians
ICA is also pleased to offer two fabrication facilities to
handle all of your fabrication needs. Our shop is equipped
with 480V, 3-Phase service so that we may provide complete
functionality testing before the panel arrives on the customer
site.
ICA considers
documentation to be a very crucial part of any successful
project. The emphasis placed on documentation and the quality
of the resulting documents is obvious.
ICA utilizes
the latest in Design, CAD, modeling and online collaborative
product data management software.
Our philosophy
is demonstrated during preliminary engineering and project
definition with the submittal of overview drawings, Bills
of Material, I /O lists, and other specifying documents.
During
design, programming, and fabrication, frequent submittal of
drawings, punch lists, 3-D models and test programs support
our commitment to documentation.
Frequent design
reviews and data exchange are emphasized throughout
the design to eliminate misunderstanding of your requirements
and to
ensure that the design stays on track in light of your changing
needs.
All systems delivered by ICA are exhaustively tested in the
office before
shipment. This testing typically includes fabrication of simulation
equipment where necessary. This results in systems that are
robust,
thoroughly exercised, and reviewed by the customer before
shipment and
installation.
